Terms of Service

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction to enter any giveaway. See the Official Rules for each giveaway for specific eligibility requirements. Employees and immediate family members of MVP Society and its partners are not eligible.

3. Free Entry

Every giveaway offers a free method of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Subscribing to our carbon offset membership earns bonus entries as a member thank-you, but does not increase any individual entry's chance of winning.

4. Carbon Offset Membership

Our optional monthly membership retires verified carbon credits on your behalf through Verra VCS and Gold Standard certified projects. Subscribing also provides a welcome pack and, as a member thank-you, entries into active giveaways. All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refund eligibility is determined by our refund policy and applicable law.

5. Winner Selection

Winners are selected by a provably fair random draw after the giveaway closes. Each valid entry has an equal probability of being selected. Results are final. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.

6. Prizes

Prizes are as described on each giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Delivery is arranged at no cost to the winner.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts or using disposable email addresses to gain extra entries.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Providing false information during entry.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a draw.

Violations may result in disqualification and account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service - including text, graphics, logos, and software - is the property of MVP Society or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website.
